Since its inception, Griffith University has been committed to equity and social justice. We recognise that many prospective international students, who have not qualified through the traditional channel of the university’s academic requirements, thrive when given the opportunity to pursue university study. For this reason, Griffith University welcomes its association with Queensland Institute of Business and Technology (QIBT).

Located on Griffith University’s Mt Gravatt campus, QIBT offers you a range of study options together with access to Griffith University’s computing, library and recreational facilities in an educational setting that is designed to prepare you for the transition to tertiary study.

These offerings include the Foundation Year, Diploma and Postgraduate Qualifying Programs, which are monitored and approved by the University. Successful completion of the Foundation Year will qualify you for entry into a standard Bachelor program. Successful completion of the Diploma programs may entitle you to advanced standing of up to one year’s academic credit towards a Bachelor degree. Successful completion of the Postgraduate Qualifying Program will qualify you for entry into some Master programs.

Should you choose to study at QIBT, you will become a member of the wider University community and I wish you well with your studies in the Foundation Year, Diploma or Postgraduate Qualifying Programs.
