International student

If you're an international student and this is your first semester of studies at QIBT, you would have paid your tuition fees prior to your arrival in Australia. Your fees can be paid by:
  1. Direct deposit to QIBT Student Fees Trust Account as follows:

  2. Telegraphic Transfer into the above account

  3. Payment in person by cheque, credit card or EFTPOS at the QIBT offices

Please contact the QIBT offices immediately if you have not paid your fees, as you will not be able to select your courses of study until your fees and charges have been paid.

Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident

If you are an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident, you have the following payment options:

  1. Paying tuition fees up front# ; or
  2. Requesting FEE-HELP assistance for all or a portion of their tuition fees only^; or
  3. Entering into a payment plan arrangement with QIBT for all tuition fees*.

#Please note: if you elect to pay your tuition fees up front, please use the methods outlined above.

^Please note: if you qualify for FEE-HELP you must complete the FEE-HELP Assistance Form and submit it to QIBT. FEE-HELP may be requested for either the total tuition cost or a portion of the tuition cost. The portion that you elect to pay can be paid up front using the methods outlined above or a payment plan can be entered into for this amount (refer below).

*Please note: if you wish to enter into a payment plan arrangement with QIBT for all or part of your tuition fees for the semester, you must contact QIBT's finance department prior to attending your orientation. Payment plan arrangements allow the student to pay all fees owing in four monthly installments.
