The Diploma of Engineering is designed to be a pathway program for international students to the Bachelor of Engineering program at Griffith University. The program will essentially mirror first year of the degree and aims to introduce students to the basic fundamentals of engineering within a supportive learning environment.

Students will undertake courses in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Practice & Sustainability as well as discipline specific core courses to enable articulation to second year of the Bachelor of Engineering in either civil, environmental, electronic and computer or software engineering.

In addition, students will commence the development of generic skills, including effective communication within the context of an Australian university.
