QIBT has an Off Campus Accommodation Service which can provide students over 18 with various accommodation options, namely Genesis1, ResortRez and University Park. All have excellent facilities for students, that are privately managed and are located close to campus or near convenient public transport. Facilities offered at most premises are 3-6 bedroom apartments with lounge, dining, kitchen and laundry facilities. All units are fully furnished with private bedroom and private/shared bathroom. Most complexes have a gym, swimming pool, BBQ area, internet and telephone access, vehicle parking, air-conditioning, and on-site managers.
Weekly room rate varies between *A$150-A$350 (with a 4 week bond payable on arrival), depending on length of stay and availability. Minimum stay: 1 semester or 6 months. Students are required to pay rental bond and other charges directly to the Onsite Manager and sign a rental lease upon arrival.
