QIBT students may choose to live on the Mt Gravatt Residential College, though places are limited. Demand is high for the Residential College so please apply early.

Mt Gravatt Residential College provides a reasonably priced living environment which is safe, attractive and comfortable. The Residential College offers fully catered single-room accommodation for 200 students in natural bushland, within five minutes walking distance of lecture rooms and other facilities. All rooms have phone and computer connections.

The cost is A$292* per week, which includes a single room, electricity, three meals a day, free laundry facilities plus common room areas which are serviced daily. (Please note that students must provide their own linen and clean their own room). Other facilities include barbecue areas, recreation facilities, televisions and videos.

Mt Gravatt Residential College is conveniently located only 10km from the city. A free shuttle bus service provides transportation between Mt Gravatt and Nathan campuses and regular public bus services provide access to the city and suburbs.
