Honestly, my time at QIBT was the best time ever of my student life. During one and a half years at QIBT, I had joined in almost every activity.

Now I’m doing International Student Ambassador with Study Brisbane – a program created by Brisbane Marketing, to promote Brisbane City to other international students. We are given opportunities to do great activities, join the community, and travelling around Brisbane then share our experience with other people. It is such a unique exciting volunteer job. I’m also doing well with my study by gaining internship and a place in Industry Mentoring Program which would give me valuable experience for my future career.

Desiree Kelly - Australia

I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to complete a diploma through QIBT, which enabled me to study my degree at Griffith University. As a student ambassador for QIBT, I was able to share my experiences with my fellow students at the graduation ceremony for my diploma. I hope to be able to stand in front of my fellow students again when I receive my degree in Information Technology and share my journey with them.

Even though I graduated almost a year ago now, my lecturers and the staff at QIBT still continue to support me. Through the support of my lecturers, I found opportunities which I never would have thought were possible. I would really like to thank the staff at QIBT and in particular Dr. Rob Baltrusch, Dr. Jenine Beekhuyzen, Mary-Anne Smith, Maria Aneiros and Lyn Tracey for their continuous and ongoing support in everything that I do.
